Transparency in Coverage
In compliance with the Transparency in Coverage Rule, as applies to employer self-insured health plans, Zachry Holdings, Inc. has partnered with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas to disclose to participants, beneficiaries, and enrollees in the Zachry Holdings, Inc. Health and Welfare Plan for Active Employees the negotiated rates for all covered items and services between the Plan and in-network providers, and the historical payments to, and billed charges from, out-of-network providers.
