Zachry Group announces the promotions of Freddy Grimland and Lisa Mayo
SAN ANTONIO, July 18, 2022 — Zachry Group announces the promotion of Freddy Grimland to President, Madison Industrial. Freddy joined Zachry Group in 2017. During his tenure, Freddy helped lead Zachry Maintenance Services with strong safety and financial results and a solid focus on continuous improvement. Before joining Zachry, Freddy held various leadership positions at Jacobs as both a Global Director of Operations and an Executive Director of Operations. Prior to Jacobs, he spent over 30 years with KBR/ Brown & Root. In his new role, Freddy will be responsible for the overall performance and growth of Madison Industrial. He will be based out of Zachry Group’s Houston Westchase office.
With Freddy Grimland’s move to Madison Industrial, Lisa Mayo has been promoted to Vice President, Zachry Maintenance Services. Lisa joined Zachry Group in 2005. Throughout her career, Lisa has supported maintenance, small capital construction and turnaround services in a variety of positions including business development and operations. Prior to joining Zachry Group, Lisa spent 10 years at Sunoco serving roles in capital projects, turnarounds, plant optimization, and logistics. In her new role over Maintenance Services, she will be responsible for growing the maintenance business while also working to expand Zachry Group’s capabilities at all existing maintenance sites. Lisa will continue to be based out of Zachry Group’s Pasadena Red Bluff office.
